You might feel as though your mind never slows down. Your thoughts keep spinning, replaying or looping and no matter how hard you push them away they keep coming back. Sometimes it seems like you worry a lot even though there is no clear reason, or struggling with intrusive thoughts that leave you feeling like you have to do something to make the anxiety go away.

 

You may also find yourself haunted by painful or traumatic experiences. Those memories can affect your emotions, relationships, and ability to fully engage in everyday life. Trauma can result from a single event or develop over time through repeated experiences. Whatever your story, effective treatments are available, and healing is possible

 

I help people struggling with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I use a number of different methods to treat these concerns including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These evidence-based approaches have helped many people to reduce distress, regain confidence, and reconnect with the life they want to live.

 

Taking the first step can be intimidating, but you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
